Where is Store It & Go Located?
Our property is located at 411 S Lincoln Drive in Troy, Missouri 63379. We’re next to Ultimate Fitness Plus, minutes from MO-47 and US-61, and on the same street as J & J Hair Center, First Assembly of God, Elliott Flooring, and Lincoln County Family Services.
What communities do you serve?
We’re happy to provide storage to anyone willing to drive out to us! The majority of our customers come from neighborhoods in Lincoln County, such as Moscow Mills, Hawk Point, and, of course, Troy.
When if your office open?
Our office is open Monday through Saturday for your convenience. Call or stop by between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday, and 8:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. Saturday.
How secure is your property?
We do everything in our power to make our facility the most secure it can be. Our storage units are well lit and monitored by surveillance cameras, and our entire property is surrounded by perimeter fencing and accessible only via our security gate.
How and when can I access my unit?
We’re proud to provide 24/7 access to all of our customers. We can do so safely by giving each tenant a unique gate code, allowing us to monitor who enters and exits the premises at all hours.
What does it mean to be family owned?
Great question! There are all kinds of storage facilities, many of which are chain locations owned by big corporations. Some renters gravitate toward these companies because they’re most accustomed to seeing them. Conversely, our facility is entirely family owned and operated, meaning the people who run our business live in the same community as you. Big chain operations often translate to poor customer service, while family owned service ensures that you’ll always be treated like our valued neighbor — because you are!
